The cast. — Alice (A) and Bob (B) each own a working tree. The dark frame below is origin, the shared remote. Wires between them carry commits; a red dot in flight is a commit on the move.

Every operation is the real algorithm — content-addressed objects, parent pointers, three-way merge, fast-forwards, rebase-onto, stash. No backend, no shell — pure DOM and animated SVG. The "open public repo" mode pulls live history from the GitHub REST API.
